Process Engineer

Summary:
This position will work as part of the operations team to optimize device performance, quality and cost.

Responsibilities:

Improve the fabrication process through carefully designed experimentation and implementation of process control and monitoring techniques.
Work with others in developing, sustaining and improving process equipment performance.
Analyze manufacturing indices and data to drive continuous improvements.
Support cycle time reduction efforts.
Monitor yields and drive defect reduction programs.
Take ownership for resolving customer quality issues on assigned process modules.
Mentor, coach and train junior level engineers and manufacturing technicians.
Interface with product, test and quality engineering to solve problems and implement process enhancements.

Minimum Requirements:

BS in Electrical or Chemical Engineering
2 years recent experience as a Process Engineer in a semiconductor environment
Strong self-motivation and project management experience
Ability to interface with people of different backgrounds and at every level of the organization
Experience leading cross functional teams to solve problems and implement process enhancements
Strong track record of effective problem-solving, good engineering judgment and decision-making skills
Strong drive to produce results in timely fashion and have strong sense of competitive urgency
Must be willing to travel domestically
